• Business and account details you provide (e.g. business name, contact name, email, phone, service areas).
• Booking information processed on behalf of our plumbing-business customers (e.g. a caller's name, phone number, address and job details, used to make a booking).
• Enquiry details you send us (e.g. via email or phone).
• Basic technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

We use personal information to provide and improve the Service — including answering enquiries, booking jobs, sending confirmations and reminders, providing support, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage & service providers

Data is stored in Australia where practicable. We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service — for example cloud hosting and databases, calendar and messaging providers, and a payment processor (Stripe) for billing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are bound to protect it.
